 How do I keep track

  • We recommend you register for online services, so you can keep track of your account, apply for products including loans and request withdrawals when required;
  • You can ring our helpline (03030300010) or email us on info@communityfirstcu.co.uk or you can pop into one of our branches;
  • You can request a statement to be sent out to you.

 Benefits of Save Through Your Pay

  • Easily save for a special occaision straight from your wage.
  • Get special loan rates with Borrow Through Your Pay - Your employer will not be given any information about any loan you may be repaying, or applying for, with the credit union.
  • Set money aside for a rainy day.
  • Once it's set up, you don't need to worry about ensuring there's enough in your account to make a payment or deposit; your employer sends it straight to your credit union account.

How it works

  • You ask your payroll department to deduct a set amount from your wage and send it to the credit union.
  • Your employer sends the cut straight to your credit union savings when you get paid.
  • If you want to stop or change your savings, just tell your employer before your next payday.
