*** Coronavirus Update ***
In response to Government guidance and the latest COVID 19 lockdown and to protect our account holders/members and staff from the threat posed by the virus, the following changes to credit union branch services will take effect from Monday 11/01/2021.
This will have an effect on the following branches:
BARNSLEY (Market Street), MEXBOROUGH (Main Street), DONCASTER (Colonnades Shopping Centre) and STAINFORTH (Station Road) will be open TUESDAY and FRIDAY 10AM to 2PM.
GOLDTHORPE (Barnsley Road) will be temporarily closed
SCARBOROUGH (Customer First, St Nicolas Street) remains open MONDAY to FRIDAY 10AM to 2PM, to be reviewed 15/01/2021
Our ENGAGE CARD and ONLINE BANKING SERVICES will not be affected by these changes.
Our CONTACT CENTRE is also unaffected so if you want to speak to us about your account, or how to access your money without visiting a branch, please call us on 03030300010
During the COVID-19 pandemic we ask that you follow all government guidance, especially relating to distancing and the use of face coverings.
You may be required to briefly remove your face covering for identification purposes.
If you have symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who is displaying symptoms, DO NOT visit any of our branches. Please note there will be only ONE customer/member in a branch at a time and so it would be appreciated if you could be patient and wait outside the branch until the previous customer/member has left. To help reduce waiting times, please have your ID and membership book ready when entering the branch.
To manage the risk of the spread of the virus, we ask that you use our online banking and card services if available to you. If safety concerns develop and we find ourselves unable to maintain a safe environment for all, we may be forced to close our branches. We ask all our visitors to help us maintain a safe environment by following the above conditions of access and all the Government guidelines relating to the management of the virus.
